How these pieces are written
Four promises
🧑🏫Adults first
Every plan names the adults present and how many students each one watches, as schools in that country require. Nobody goes out of the gate alone.
✍️The note is written
The permission note to the principal, the parents or the ward office is on the page with its blanks in brackets, ready to fill and sign.

A charity or a fundraiser goes through the school account or goods in kind. Students never collect money from strangers.
